annoying quiver

does a weird quiver or shaking happen to your rogue everytime you stop for about 25-30secs when the ac is on? it happens like youre shifting gears on an M/T car. and if the ac is turned off, the engine stops. weird. can anyone shed light on why this does not happen when the ac is on? heard its a feature but i wanna understand it more from actual users here.

It can be temporary disabled, it should have a button near the gear shifter, but it will re-enable when the car is restarted.
