got my 2025 rogue, waze not working

i just purchased the 2025 rogue and i am quite pissed... i bought it because i read somewhere that it had great tech? don't know why but the waze app is frozen on the welcome screen and there seems to be no way around it.

i'm well aware i can just access the waze app on my phone and connect that way but then again i got the 2025 rogue for convenience. any ideas on how i can get that to load completely will be so helpful.
