Where to start with grille removal?

Good thinking, I was about to go in blind. I will get the lay of the land before I start pulling things apart. Are those clips typically brittle and prone to breaking?

Use plastic trim tools if possible to avoid scratches, and go slow so you dont break any clips. Watching a quick teardown video for your model can help a lot too

The cleanest way to remove a front grille is usually to start by checking for all the screws, clips, or bolts holding it in place... often hidden under the hood or along the bumper. Use the right tools to loosen them and gently pop the clips instead of prying, which helps avoid cracking the grille or paint. Have you identified all the attachment points yet?

I ended up holding off for a bit but I've finally had time to dig into the teardown videos and check the service manual. The clips under the hood and bolts near the bumper were easy enough to spot but I'm still mapping out the lower ones before I commit. I've got trim tools ready and I'm planning to start the removal this weekend unless I run into anything unexpected.
