Where to start with grille removal?

I'm looking to replace my front grille, but I'm unsure how to remove it cleanly. Any advice before I start prying?

Hey have you checked if there are hidden clips or screws around the edges before prying to avoid damage?

Good thinking, I was about to go in blind. I will get the lay of the land before I start pulling things apart. Are those clips typically brittle and prone to breaking?

Use plastic trim tools if possible to avoid scratches, and go slow so you dont break any clips. Watching a quick teardown video for your model can help a lot too

I ended up holding off for a bit but I've finally had time to dig into the teardown videos and check the service manual. The clips under the hood and bolts near the bumper were easy enough to spot but I'm still mapping out the lower ones before I commit. I've got trim tools ready and I'm planning to start the removal this weekend unless I run into anything unexpected.
